For Morning Classes (6:00AM – 11:00AM start times), a Class Reservation must be cancelled a minimum of twelve (12) hours prior to Class Start Time for the Class Credit to be returned to your account.  Cancelling your Reservation less than twelve (12) hours prior to Class Start Time is considered a “Late Cancel”.

 

For Afternoon/Evening Classes (12:00PM – 5:30PM start times), a Class Reservation must be cancelled a minimum of six (6) hours prior to Class Start Time for the Class Credit to be returned to your account.  Cancelling your Reservation less than six (6) hours prior to Class Start Time is considered a “Late Cancel”.

 

All Class Reservation Cancellations must be made either through the Stability Studio App or on the Stability Studio Website.  Please do not call the Studio to cancel a Class Reservation.

 

As a courtesy to other Members, please cancel a Reservation as soon as you know you cannot make your Class.  Space is limited and your timely Cancellation will allow other Members to attend.

 

Late Cancellations will incur the following penalties per Member Type:

SINGLE CLASS and CLASS PACKAGES

• Member will incur a $15 Late Cancellation Fee and forfeit the Class Credit

 

STABILTY COMMIT Memberships

• Member will incur a $15 Late Cancellation Fee and forfeit the Class Credit

 

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS

• Member will incur a $15 Late Cancellation Fee
