New to Barre? Try starting with Barre Lite. A Barre class that is for every body. If you’re new to barre, this is a great place to begin! Barre Lite will introduce you to the basic movements of barre in a fun, small group setting. This class will build confidence as you discover our technique and all the benefits it has to offer. You can do this!
Pilates Grace is where you’ll start asking yourself,
“why haven’t I done this before??” Based upon
solid classic reformer Pilates foundations, it is a
perfect entry level class. Pilates Focus is an intermediate level reformer class with “focus” on whole body strength,
flexibility and lengthening. Pilates Power is our heart-pumping cardio and whole-body strength challenge sure to work up a
sweat! This class integrates reformer jump boards
to achieve amazing results and have a blast while doing it.
No weights – Just You! We use TRX suspension
straps in an energetic, low-impact group class.
Hundreds of whole-body low-impact exercises
that tone, strengthen and build fat-burning muscle.
